A study of Awareness and Implementation of Right to Education Act – 2009 in Government and Non Goverment Primary Schools

Abstract


The right of children to free and compulsory education is a milestone to provide free and compulsory education of all children on the age group of 6 to 14 years. RTE Act came into force from April 1st 2010. RTE Act is trying to reach its major goals by many ways. The RTE Act, though deserves due credit for laying down in fairly specific term states responsibility towards education.

Present research study has tried to explore the role and responsibilities of teacherss in implementing RTE Act 2009 and study of awareness about RTE among school teacherss.

The main purpose this research is to point out the role of teachers in awareness and implementing RTE Act in the govt. and non govt. schools.
