Formative E-governance Service Delivery Levels- A Study of Registrar of Companies based on South Regions in India

Abstract


Our investigation objectives are to search e-governance service delivery levels as observed by the employees of Registrar of Companies (ROC), South Region. Fifty employees of ROCs were surveyed to know about their insight about the forge e-government project named Ministry of Corporate Affairs of 21st Century (MCA21) launched in 2006. Results of the study identified four levels as perceived important by the employees. To improve the services provided by the employees to the users, it would be worthwhile to be awake to these extents in the forthcoming.
