Abstract

Low Cost Housing is a different conception which deals with effective costing and following of methods which support in dropping the cost construction through the use of preoccupied existing materials next to technology improved skills without losing the power, performance and life of the structure. First of all in this paper present situation present trends and future tends about low costing hosting in India is given. This report is mainly concentrated on section construction materials. A few low cost materials are developed and deliberated in this paper. The paper also comprises an important subdivision as specification. The material needs for real construction of house are specified. For example, use of solid blocks or low cost housing and bricks for common housing.
