“Effect of Pragya Yoga on Emotional Stability of Student”
Abstract
The study was attempted to explore the effect of pragya yoga on emotional stability of student. The EST emotional stability measurement by Dr. A. Sen Gupta & Dr. A.K. Singh was administered on 50 samples, age group 11-17, HSS, Raigarh (C.G.) by Pre test- Post test design. The Pragya Yoga (A group of sixteenth asana) was give for 30 minute up to two month. The result has shown that there is significant effect of practicing pragya yoga on emotional stability of student.
