Abstract


This paper proposed digital-basedsolutions to improve Giant’s sales and revenue streamthroughdigital transformation while maintaining or lessen the cost, also by improving its operating efficiency and eCommerce. These solutions will also bring betterment of Giant’s customer experience.Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework, Literature Review, strategy canvas, value proposition design (VPD), environmental mapand 4 Lenses of Innovation have been used as the methodologies for this paper.
