Abstract


With the advancement of technology, the rapid growth of social media on Web has increased day by day. People use internet to express their views and opinions in the form of reviews, forum discussions, blogs, tweets, comments, and postings in social network sites.  Individuals and organizations are increasingly using the content in these media for decision making. Twitter is a platform which is most widely used by people to express their views and sentiment in the form of tweets. Sentiment analysis is the process of finding whether a piece of text is positive, negative or neutral. The main objective of thiswork is to implement sentiment analysis using machine learning approaches to predictthe sentiment and finallyanalyze the result in terms of precision, recall and f-score
