Abstract


The continuous developments and changes in the economic situation in general and the banking environment in particular, as well as the globalization and the revolution in the field of communication and information, all these called for the need to perform the performance assessment on an ongoing basis in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses in performance and work to address All the problems that may occur, the level of performance of the bank, and keeping abreast of the developments taking place, and because of the importance of the performance evaluation process for all types of commercial banks, both Islamic and specialized, which aims to serve a particular economic sector, This paper deals with a balanced performance card, which is one of the modern methods of evaluation that adopts a range of non-financial dimensions (customers, internal processes, learning and growth) as well as the financial dimension in order to achieve a comprehensive and integrated assessment.
