Total Quality Management in Libraries: An Overview

Abstract


This Paper aims to analyses and evaluate the TQM in Libraries with a view of examining the exposure of library professionals. Total Quality Management is the integration of all functions and process within an organization in order to achieve continuous improvement of the quality of goods and services.This paper focuses on how to implement TQM in library so as to improve the quality of library services through the use of different elements of TQM.
