Construction and Standardization of Personality Hardiness Scale for Teachers

Abstract


Stressful circumstances are an endemic part of life and personality hardiness is needed if one is to grow and develop. It is studied in terms of three components- Commitment, Control and Challenge that provides the courage and motivation to turn stressful circumstances from potential disasters into growth opportunities (Maddi et al., 2009).
