Case Study of the Nisarguna Based Biogas Plant Installed at Delhi Technological University

Abstract


The present study talks about the conversion of organic solid waste into useful biogas through the processes namely hydrolysis, acidogenesis, acetogenesis, methanogenesis and aerobic enrichment. Nisarguna technology enjoys an advantage of converting almost any type of organic solid waste over the conventional cowdung/ animal faeces based biogas plants.
