Ethical Dilemma- CASE of Maple Leaf Foods – Listeria Outbreak

Abstract


This report represents the ethical problem faced by Maple leaf foods due to listeriosis outbreak in 2008 which caused 22 deaths. Listeriosis is rare but very dangerous infection caused by bacteria naming listeria monocytogenes.
