Assessment of the Roles and Constraints of Women in the Economic Development of Ethiopia- the Case of Ambo Town

Abstract

This paper highlights the roles of women in the economic development of Ethiopia and their constraints. Women, as half of the populations play a major role in the economic development of Ethiopia but they face a number of constraints even their role in the economy and in the different sectors has often been under estimated.
