Abstract

An essential oilis any concentrated, hydrophobic liquid containingvolatile aroma compounds produced by plants. It has been established that several factors affect the component of the plants such as texture of the soil, relative humidity, wind and time of collection. This study is aimed at investigating the effect of time collection on chemical composition of monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes of this essential oil.
