Abstract
ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਉਪਜਿਆ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਹੈ। ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸਮੂਹਿਕ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਲਈ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਆਧਾਰਸ਼ਿਲਾ ਹਨ। ਮਨੁਖੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਪਖ ਹਨ- ਨਿਜੀ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਹਰ ਮਨੁਖ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਿਜੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਨਿਜੀ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਜੇ
