Abstract


The world has become a global village. Every organization needs new innovation to meet the current scenario of the international market. Human resource management practices have a significant role to enhance the employees and organization productivity. Actually the main aim of this study was to know the relationship between the HRM practices and employees’ commitment to the organization in the private sector Banks of Pakistan. A case study of district Abbottbad 30 private banks was taken as a population.
