Rashmi Kamra

Abstract

This paper attempts to establish the relevance of ancient wisdom for innovative solutions to the mounting problems of business ethics. Much of modern management principles existing today can be derived from the body of knowledge of the ancient Indian scriptures which has a heritage of being more than 3500 years old and which teaches something more “eternal” and timeless and could be a guiding light for bringing more certainty and sustainability in business practices.
