Evaluation of Sonoghraphically Incidence of Liver Cystic Lesion in Pakistanis Adult Population
Abstract
Sonography is often the first imaging procedure performed in the evaluation of individuals with suspected liver disease. Ultrasound is a useful tool in evaluating liver cystic lesions. We discuss the uses of sonography in evaluating and incidence of liver cystic lesion in Pakistanis adult population. Sonography can show liver cystic lesion, liver solid lesions, hepatomegaly, fatty infiltration of the liver, and cirrhosis, all with good but imperfect sensitivity and specificity.
