Criminal liability for terrorism in foreign countries: comparative-legal research

Abstract

The article deals with the comparative legal analysis of the norms of the criminal laws of some foreign countries establishing liability for crimes related to terrorism. The article also developed proposals for further improvement of the article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on terrorism.
