Concept of procedural expenses in criminal procedural law

Abstract

The article deals with the critical analyses of the institute of procedural expenses, problems of their criminal-procedural legislation. The author worked out definitions based on criteria of distinction of procedural costs from other expenses of criminal legal proceedings.
