Abstract


In India, a student can pursue a legal course  after completing an undergraduate course in any discipline. In many countries, including commonwealth countries most of those in the  principal law degree is Bachelor of laws  (LLB).In united states , the primary law degree is a graduate degree known as the juris doctor(JD).
