Social Justice and Constitution of India during Post-independence

Abstract


India is one of the largest democracies in the world. The Indian Constitution acknowledges the goal of achieving social equality in words expressed. In this research paper, the author discussed the plan of social welfare as described in the Indian Constitution in detail. In the preamble of the Constitution, words like "socialist", "social and economic justice", "equality" have been used, these words indicate that the state will be widely involved in the social welfare of the people, and the establishment of an egalitarian society.
