Restoration of Image Using DCT and Modified Decision Based Unsymmetrical Trimmed Median Filter

Abstract


This paper has proposed a new improved relaxed median filter which has ability to reduce the high density of the noise and also when image is noise free. The proposed method has also preserves the edges than available methods.
