Abstract


My paper is an attempt to pay a tribute to such great people who remains unknown even after sacrifices for their own societies and also to introduce such a person, who is known for his expressive sympathy towards the nomadic/semi-nomadic(tribal people) communities as he strives hard for their welfare.
