Abstract

Software testing is an integral part of the software development life cycle (SDLC).Software testing fundaments is an important for assessing the quality of software products which includes software testing techniques. In this paper the methodology, levels and types of software testing are discussed.The methodologies approach for testing techniques and the strategies of writing fewer test plans, test cases areusing possible templates for writing repeatable and defined test cases.  In this Paper I will explain the basics of software testing, a verification and validation practice, throughout the entire software development lifecycle. The aim and objectives of the research work is to investigate software testing for support which is provided to the test plans, test design and test cases for software testing fundamentals.
