Calque as a result of intercultural interaction

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of borrowing foreign language vocabulary in the aspect of intercultural communication, the functioning of various types of foreign language units, in particular, cripples of the modern Uzbek language from Western European languages. An analysis of word-building, structural and other types of cripples is proposed.
