Abstract


This article provides a legal analysis of the concept of termination of legal capacity of a citizen. The question of the legal status of a person who is in a long time in an unconscious state (coma or lethargic sleep) is being studied. Issues related to the use of ephtanasia (“easy death”) in some countries are also being investigated.
