Matters Of Liability For Fraud In The Field Of Credit In The Republic Of Uzbekistan

Abstract


The development of economic relations is conditioned by the transition to market relations. The strengthening of the country 's economy undoubtedly depends on the sustainability of the financial and banking system. The Strategy for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan provides for further improvement of monetary policy by applying instruments in accordance with international best practices as the most important task[1], implementation of which undoubtedly requires an integrated approach. In particular, the State needs to take the necessary measures to protect the banking and credit system from various attacks. One such attack is credit fraud.
