Creativity As A Resource Of A Teacher's Personality

Abstract


This article presents the views of the development of personal creativity, as a balance between individual creativity to create new and preserve the standards of the past, which is one of the main tasks of education. The formation of a new type of cultural and educational ideal in this context determines the need to update the content, forms and methods of professional education of the future teacher, focused on the formation of creativity and professional competence.
