The Peculiarities Of Prophylaxis Of Pulmonary Thromboembolism After Total Hip End prosthesis In Dysplastic Coxarthrosis
Abstract
Among various forms of osteoarthritis of the hip joint, dysplastic accounts for more than 60%. This pathology is characterized not only by wide distribution, but also by its early manifestation and progressive course. Hip joint surgery (HJS) is associated with a high risk of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities and subsequent thromboembolism into the vessels of the pulmonary circulation. Therefore, the prevention of possible complications continues to be a priority in traumatology and orthopedics.
