The burden of being a Teacher and their roles in motivating passive students

Abstract

People learn through their entire lives. They constantly improve their knowledge and develop. Every person should have the chance to get a higher degree, gain new knowledge and experience in today’s globalized world. I think that a college or university education should be available to all students because every person has the right to choose the way to self-perfection. For improving all the opinions, there is a primary and demanding occupation stands, no one can be surprised if we say it is teachers-occupation. The government is striving to enhance their roles, and  challenging them to be effective in education so, many attempts such as increasing their salaries, supplying teachers with necessary materials are being carried on.
