Abstract


Diversification of the field of activity will allow business entities to further increase their profitability in the future, as well as support their activities with the help of an additional source of income, if as a result of any factors a decrease in productivity is observed. However, in order to achieve diversification, it is also necessary to be able to clearly define the goals, objectives, resources that need to be used, and potential risks associated with this process.
