Organizational Commitment of Non-Profit Organization Members: The Role of Workplace Spirituality

Abstract


Non-profit organizations bring change to individuals or communities, not to seek profit but to channel funds to the community following the organization's vision and mission. Non-profit organizations that want volunteers to remain must focus on developing voluntary organizational commitment. This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of workplace spirituality on organizational commitment on members of non-profit organizations using a simple regression test. The number of samples in this study was 73 samples by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there was an effect of workplace spirituality on organizational commitment on members of non-profit organizations. These results indicate that workplace spirituality affects organizational commitment of 59.2%.
