Impact of the Reform of Liberalization on Employees Productivity of Ethiopian Leather Industry

Abstract


The collected data were substantiated using structured interview to officials at different posts working in the industry. As the study used two matched samples pre- and post- liberalization periods, a paired t-test is used to verify the set hypothesis using Microsoft Office Excel for computations. Finally, the study results indicated that a new economic reform has brought about a significant change on productivity of employees of Ethiopian Leather Industry.
