Post-colonialism in Indian Writing in English
Abstract
Indian Writing in English is replete with a number of evidences where we strongly witness the streak of post-colonialism. Post-colonialism is not merely concerned with the British or American literature, but it is also an important ingredient of Indian Writing in English. There are number of Indian novelists who contributed a great deal to the development of post-colonial literature in Indian Writing in English in which Kamla Markandaya and Ruth Prawar Jhabawalla are worthy of detailed consideration.
