Sorption of Pb(II), Ni(II) and Fe(III) from Aqueous Solution

Abstract


The efficiency of Encapsulated Root of (Farin Sansamii) Lonchocarpus laxiflorus Plant as alternative low-cost sorbents for the removal of Pb(II), Ni(II) and Fe(III) ions from aqueous solutions was investigated. Batch adsorption studies were carried out to evaluate the effects of solution pH and initial metal concentration on adsorption capacity.
