Employees will have a voice and enterprises will truly leverage their most valuable assets. Today, social media has become a weapon for the corporate as well as individuals to serve the society. While the corporate are using it to carry out their corporate social responsibility, individuals are using it to build up a social movement-raising funds for causes to catalyzing mass upheavals. The present paper aims to throw light at the various possibilities & potential of social media, its functioning styles, current trends & attitudes of corporate and individual with the help of relevant statistics and case studies.
