Research and Studies on Production of Amino Acids- a Review

Abstract

Production of the compounds by cost effective and environmental friendly technology is becoming most important area of research. Various chemicals are being produced by using biochemical reaction than conventional reactions. Biochemical reactions are specific and require less temperature. Various chemical are being produced effectively by using biological methods. Amino acid is one important compound used for nutritive, medicinal and cosmetic purposes. Many investigators have carried out research to synthesize amino acid fro various feed stocks and using different biological strains. The current review summarizes research and studies carried out on production of amino acids.
