Abstract

The pressure vessel is a vessel designed to contain gases or liquids at a different pressure than ambient pressure. Shell in which small compared to the radius of curvature and an average interview, the diameter of the evolution of what is known as a thin crust of the wall thickness. It is used for sheet and plate structures in lightweight load bearing structural parts for several modern satellites, offshore, and nuclear energy, automotive, construction and civil engineering. These shells are exposed to pressure loads.

In this project the pressure vessel composite materials and a sample application in the boundary conditions real about her time is analyzed, and here we take the reference to the object model, creating a total of pressure vessels using a CAD tool and CAE analysis tool epoxy and carbon are here considering existing materials. To obtain accurate results we take two composites and results calculated as stress and energy deformation shear deformation and stress of von Mises-values of all this we can conclude substances that have less stress and high strength to weight ratio. In general, in real time, we can not say that an article can serve as a model to analyze the results and avoid this one here also the calculation of the results of dynamic analysis

From these results and analysis of the dynamics it can be concluded that the most appropriate pressure vessel material
