Abstract

In this article, the author's description of the types of parties in the economic process and their legal analysis. Economic rights and obligations of the parties to the proceeding, to participate in the consideration of the relevant parties to the conflict, the parties represented in the legal status of two types namely, financial, legal, and procedural and legal aspects are studied.
