Abstract


No matter what but Kingfisher liquor business will run for ever - the III Special Magistrate Court here is yet to pronounce its order on the quantum of sentence for Mr Mallya, for this default.

On April 20, 2016 the court had convicted MrVijay Mallya and others in connection with bouncing of two cheques worth INR 50 lakh each under relevant sections of Negotiable Instruments Act.
