Digital Locker- Role of e-Locker

Abstract

In the attitude of silence the soul finds the path in a clearer light , so in the attitude of minimising paperwork our P.M. finds the path known as digital locker. Govt. of INDIA processed digilocker in 1^ST JULY 2015 with the motive of reducing the custom of physical documents and empower sharing of E-DOCUMENTS over intervention. This portal provides us a 10 MB virtual space so that we save our digital files with full security and we can also extend the limit of virtual space to 1 GB . It was released by the dept. of electronics and information technology (DEIT), govt of INDIA in February  2015.  Thus, this paper concentrated on role of e-lockers and further tries to investigate the registration trends of digital lockers . A record is to be taken from DIGILOCKER NATIONAL STATISTICS .This findings suggest that it has an affirmative influence on Indian citizens.
