The Role of Information in Distributed Resource Allocation
Abstract
The goal in networked management of multi agent systems is to derive fascinating collective behavior through the planning of local management algorithms. The data obtainable to the individual agents, either earned through communication or sensing, invariably defines the area of permissible management laws. Hence, informational restrictions impose constraints on accomplishable performance guarantees. This paper provides one such constraint with reference to the potency of the ensuing stable solutions for a class of networked sub modular resource allocation issues with application to covering issues.
