Design and Analysis of Leaf Spring Using FEA by Using Different Materials

Abstract

The aim  of this research is to calculate the deformations and stresses and strain  values and the values of safety factor for the leaf  spring used in the military jeep design, where the focus was on the analysis provided by the computer using finite element  where the analysis for the spring which absorbs vibrations during vehicle movement, which also works as a structure to support the vertical load hanging by the same vehicle and its cargo .under operating conditions behave platelets complex behavior due to loads meted out as was the analysis and prediction of displacement values of stresses and strain . These plates that we are going to analyze a specially designed military jeep car, where bears and reduce the vibrations resulting from military operations.
