Lossless Implementation of NAND Flash Memory Architecture Using MERGE Scheme

Abstract


Now a days, FLASH memories plays leading role in non-volatile memories. In general, these are used in storage devices such as memory cards, USB flash drives, and solid-state drives etc. NAND Flash memories have lower erase times, less chip area per cell which allows greater storage density.
