Living Existence of library with librarian

Abstract

When we imagine about library just we think a place, where different books, on different topics and in different languages are kept. A person, who circulates the material, is called librarian. But it is not true. Actually library is a place where information and knowledge is gathered and manage to provide the users in effective manner and in less time. Librarian plays the drastic role between the users and resources. Library and library resources are nothing itself. It has the importance only because of librarian. Librarian makes the library as a living organism of institution or community.
