Attitude And Practices Of Hospital Waste Management In Public And Private Sector Hospitals In Lahore

Abstract


Hospitals and other healthcare establishments have a duty of care for the environment and for public health. Negligence regarding biomedical waste management can cause serious environmental and public health issues. The objective of this study was the evaluation of existing waste management situation in public hospitals and private health sectors.
