Heavy metal Concentrations in Meretrixcasta (bivalve) shells of Vellar Estuary, Tamil Nadu Coast, India

Abstract


The present study endeavors the heavy metal concentrations in Meretrixcasta shells occurred in the tidal zone of Vellar estuary, Tamil Nadu coast of India. In this estuary fifteen samples were collected at 100 m interval in the entire tidal zone.
