Acute Transverse Myelitis in Post Rabies Vaccination
Abstract
Transverse myelitis is a clinical syndrome that involves the spinal cord, resulting in varying degrees of weakness, sensory alterations, and autonomic dysfunction. Vaccination as an etiology of ATM is frequently reported. We report a patient presenting with hyperintense cervical cord lesion in whom the involvement may be associated with rabies vaccination.
