P. Odelaxmi

Abstract

Brain Gain, a much talked of word in the Sixties was characterized by the movement of technically skilled and qualified Indians to developed countries in search of better education and employment opportunities. Today, however, the trend seems to be changing. The Government has to take steps to sustain this human capital if India has to emerge as a Global Brain Power in the near future.
