Change is the need for survival in all spheres. Green banking is a form of banking from which the country and nation gets environmental benefits. A conventional bank becomes a green bank by directing its core operations towards the betterment of environment. Green banking has become a buzz word in today’s banking world. Adopting green banking practices will not only be useful for environment but also benefit in greater efficiencies, lowers manual error, fraud, and cost reduction in banking activities.
